3. How do I know my freight?
If you want to know your freight please follow these steps:

4. Why my goods is not delivered on time?
Why the booking day on web of carries is not the same with the day I notice you
* Your goods will probably be late 1 or 2 days which is not noticed on the website of the carrier because of some following reasons:
1. Error when carrier company update the database, they has opened booking goods but system can not update
2. Flight Delay due to different conditions
3. Destination where you will receive your goods are areas of low flight, only 1 flight from 1 to 3 days so status message of goods is not informed
