If you’re unable to pay with your debit or credit card

Make sure all information is correct including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

Check your credit or debit account balance for available funds.

Check whether your card is authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.

Try refreshing the page or logging completely out and then logging back in.

Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Returns

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Note: Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase

transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking,

packing and shipping and this normally takes 5-10 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass

between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at wecare.ticting@gmail.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Ticting is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Ticting will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Themiseye reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order number” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
